Vector Dispatch LLC ("Vector Dispatch", "we", "us", "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy describes what information we collect, how we use it, and what choices you have.

1. Information we collect

1.1 Information you provide directly

When you purchase a Vector Dispatch product or contact us, you provide:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Billing address (collected by our payment processors, not by Vector Dispatch directly)
  • Payment information (collected and processed by our payment processors — never stored by Vector Dispatch)
  • Communications you send us via email or web forms

1.2 Information collected automatically

When you use our Products:

  • License activation data: a hashed machine identifier (computed locally on your machine; we receive only the hash, never the underlying components), product version, activation timestamp
  • License validation requests: timestamp, product, tier, success/failure status

1.3 Information we do NOT collect

We do not collect:

  • Your trading account numbers
  • Your trades, fills, P&L, or position data
  • Your broker / prop firm identity
  • The content of your charts or workspaces
  • Any data from your NinjaTrader 8 installation other than the machine ID hash for license enforcement
  • Telemetry of any kind unless you explicitly opt in to optional anonymous health metrics

Our Products operate locally on your machine. License enforcement is the only function that requires online communication, and that communication is limited to the license-server endpoint.

2. How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Deliver Products and license keys to customers
  • Process payments (via our payment processors)
  • Provide customer support
  • Send transactional emails (purchase confirmations, license deliveries, renewal reminders)
  • Send infrequent product updates and announcements to existing customers
  • Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing.

3. Third-party processors

Vector Dispatch uses third-party services to operate, including payment processors (Paddle, Lemon Squeezy, Stripe), Cloudflare (DNS, content delivery), Google Workspace (Gmail), and our domain registrar. These processors receive only the information necessary to perform their services.

4. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (GDPR for EU/UK residents, CCPA for California residents, etc.), you may have rights including access, correction, deletion, restriction, and portability. To exercise any rights, email hello@imprint.ltd.

5. Data retention

We retain customer information for as long as you have an active license, plus 3 years after the last license expiration or cancellation. After this period, we delete or anonymize the information.

6. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your information: HTTPS / TLS for all server communication, SHA-256 hashing of machine IDs, payment processing by certified processors with PCI compliance.

7. Children

Vector Dispatch products are intended for adult traders. We do not knowingly collect information from individuals under 18 years of age.

8. International transfers

Vector Dispatch is based in Florida, USA. If you are located outside the United States, your information may be processed in the US. By using our Products, you consent to this transfer.
