1. What Imprint products are — and are not

Vector Dispatch LLC ("Vector Dispatch") produces software tools — chart indicators, risk-management add-ons, and execution frameworks — for users of NinjaTrader 8 and other supported platforms. These tools visualize market data and assist with rule-based discipline in the user's own trading.

Imprint products are not:

• Investment advice or trading recommendations
• Signal services regulated by financial authorities
• Managed account services or asset management
• Broker-dealer, futures commission merchant, or commodity trading advisor services
• Guarantees of trading outcomes, profits, win rates, or any specific result
• Substitutes for professional financial, legal, or tax advice

2. User responsibility

You are solely responsible for all trading decisions made using Imprint products. You trade at your own risk, with your own capital, in accordance with your own judgment. Vector Dispatch does not custody client funds, does not execute trades on behalf of customers, and does not operate as a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or commodity trading advisor.

3. Past performance and historical data

Any backtest results, historical performance data, walk-forward statistics, or screenshots displayed within Imprint products, marketing materials, or supporting documentation are presented for illustrative purposes only. Past performance is not necessarily indicative of future results. Hypothetical performance has inherent limitations — it does not reflect actual trading and may not account for the financial risk of actual trading, market liquidity, slippage, broker fees, or your specific account constraints.

4. Leverage and account loss

Futures, forex, and options trading involves the use of leverage. Leverage can amplify gains but also amplify losses. It is possible to lose more than your initial deposit on certain instruments and at certain brokers. Funded-account programs (prop firms) impose their own rules — drawdown limits, daily loss limits, profit targets — and your failure to comply with those rules can result in account termination regardless of your trading performance.

5. Software limitations

Imprint products are software that runs on your computer and depends on:

• Your trading platform's data feed and execution infrastructure
• Your computer's hardware, operating system, and network connectivity
• The accuracy and timeliness of market data delivered by third parties
• Your broker's order routing, fills, and execution

Vector Dispatch does not warrant that Imprint products will be error-free, free from latency, or free from outages. Software defects, market data anomalies, network interruptions, and platform errors can occur. You should not rely solely on Imprint products for time-critical decisions and should always have independent risk-management procedures in place.

6. No solicitation

Imprint product marketing does not constitute an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any financial instrument. Nothing on imprint.ltd, in our product materials, or in our communications should be construed as a recommendation to take any specific trading action.

7. Jurisdictional restrictions

Imprint products are sold globally as software. Trading futures, forex, and other instruments is regulated differently across jurisdictions. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Imprint products and your underlying trading activity comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. If trading the instruments supported by Imprint products is restricted or illegal in your jurisdiction, do not use Imprint products to trade those instruments.

8. Tax and legal considerations

Trading-related profits and losses have tax consequences. Vector Dispatch does not provide tax or legal advice. You should consult qualified professionals regarding the tax treatment of your trading activity and the legal implications of using Imprint products in your jurisdiction.

9. Acknowledgment

By purchasing, installing, or using any Imprint product, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Risk Disclosure, that you understand the risks of leveraged trading, and that you accept full responsibility for your trading decisions and any resulting financial outcomes.
