Refund Policy

Vector Dispatch wants you to be confident in your purchase. This Refund Policy explains when and how you can get a refund.
1. 30-day money-back guarantee — monthly subscriptions
If you purchase a monthly subscription and the Product doesn't work for you, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your first purchase. To request a refund:
- Email hello@imprint.ltd with the subject line "Refund request — [Product name]"
- We process the refund within 2 business days
- You'll see the credit on your original payment method within 5-10 business days
- Your license is revoked when the refund is processed
After 30 days, monthly subscriptions cannot be refunded but can be cancelled to prevent auto-renewal.
2. Annual subscriptions
For annual subscriptions, the 30-day money-back guarantee applies on a prorated basis: a full refund is available if requested within the first 30 days of the initial annual term. After 30 days, annual subscriptions are not refundable. You can cancel to prevent auto-renewal at the end of the annual term.
3. Lifetime tiers
Lifetime tiers (Founder's Lifetime, Founder's Circle Lifetime, and any similar one-time purchase) are covered by the 30-day money-back guarantee from the purchase date.
After 30 days, lifetime tiers are non-refundable. This is because the price is structurally permanent — once the 30-day window passes, you are locked into your seat permanently and Vector Dispatch makes operational commitments around the seat count that we cannot reverse.
4. Subscription renewal refunds
If your monthly or annual subscription auto-renews and you did not intend for it to renew, contact us within 7 days of the renewal charge. We will refund the renewal charge in good faith for first-time inadvertent renewals.
5. What is not refundable
- Cancellation of a subscription after the 30-day window
- Subscriptions that have been active for more than 30 days and have not been cancelled in time
- Damages to your trading account, lost profits, or any consequential damages arising from your use of the Products
6. How we process refunds
Refunds are processed in the same currency and to the same payment method as the original purchase. Processing time: Vector Dispatch refund authorization within 2 business days; payment processor 5-10 business days; bank credit timing depends on your bank.
7. Disputed charges
If you initiate a chargeback or dispute with your bank without first contacting us, we may suspend your license. We are always willing to discuss issues and process legitimate refunds — please contact us first.
8. License revocation on refund
When a refund is processed, the associated license key is revoked. The Product will refuse to render or function. Please uninstall the Product from your machine after receiving your refund.
